APAR status

Error description

• At server initialization, if an error occurs for which error
  message ANR1905E is written into the activity log, the server
  might continue initializing and operate. Following is an example
   of that error message:
  
  ANR1905E Path /tsminst1/archivelog for ARCHLOGDIRECTORY does not
  exist or is not empty.
  
  According to the System Action of the error message in the
  manuals, the server should rather halt than continue.
  Halting  allows the customer to reconfigure the directory
  properly.

Local fix

• Stop the Tivoli Storage Manager and verify why the archive log
  directory is not available. After having fixed the issue restart
   the server.
