IT15239: MEMORY LEAK IN CSM VP WHEN OPENING AND CLOSING PASSWORD ENCRYPTED CONNECTIONS

• Opening and closing Password Encrypted CSM connections (SPWDCSM)
  will cause memory growth in the CSM VP, that will eventually
  cause an AF with the following Stack:
