Error description

• In TPC WEB UI  panel the Storage Resource Agent Deployment
  status can be stuck in a perpetual 'Deploying' state.
  
  i.e.
  Servers -> Servers
  
  Summary:
  
  Some db2 statements are not closing as expected, which generates
  following SQL Exceptions as noted below.
  
  Because of these exceptions the deployment job status could not
  be updated properly.
