APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• An upgrade to Spectrum Control 5.2.9  (e.g. from 5.2.5 or 5.2.6)
  fails when WAS WebServer is configured with LDAP using
  anonymous bind (so bind DN and password are empty in WAS admin
  console when LDAP entry was defined).
  
  Current TPC implementation does not support LDAP anonymous bind
  at TPC upgrade time when trying to import the ldap configuration
  
  In the latest lax-out log and traceTPCInstall.log there is
