    and stayed in inactive state.

Local fix

Problem summary

  • When a CPU is stopped, some sender channels were not recovered
    and stayed in inactive state.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The WebSphere MQ product code has been changed to refine the
    handling of a CPU down event in case channel agents were running
    on a stopped CPU.
