Error description

  • Having the probe on and recording a transaction may later cause
    the device to restart when generating internal-state or error
    report.
    

Local fix

  • Disable use of probe until applying fix.  If probe is used, a
    pro-active reload can resolve the issue.
    

Problem summary

  • Affected are all customers using the Probe tool to examine
    transactions. Using the probe can cause appliance instabilities
    after it's turned off. The problem manifests mostly during
    error report generation, but can also happen spontaneously.
