IT13845: DBLOAD DOES NOT ACCEPT CERTAIN CONTROL CHARACTERS LIKE CRTL-X ORCRTL-B AS DELIMITER WHEN LOADING DATA FROM FILE

Error description

• DBLOAD does not accept certain control characters as delimiters
  when loading data from file.
  
  Other characters like CRTL-X also fail while others like CRTL-I
  work.
  
  DBAccess LOAD and UNLOAD and HPL allows ^B when loading and
  unloading data.
  
  When attempting to use DBLOAD with ^B as delimiter, the
  following error is displayed :
  Syntax error occurs on statement above.

Problem conclusion

• When you use the dbload utility, you can specify any printable
  character, as defined by current locale, the tab character TAB
  (CTRL-I), or a blank space (ASCII 32) as the delimiter symbol.
