IT13817: ROLLBACK ERROR 101 AFTER ONLINE FRAGMENT DETACH FOLLOWED BY A DROP OF THE DETACHED FRAGMENT

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Online fragment detach allows for a detach even if transactions
  that have modified rows in the fragment are uncommitted. If the
  detached fragment is then dropped, and the transactions are
  rolled back, the server will crash with an assertion like the
  following:
