Error description

• "IBMSpectrumControl" is too long a string to append to the front
  of service data collections from the product. Please continue to
  use TPC or choose something much shorter.

Problem conclusion

• "IBMSpectrumControlServiceFiles" has been replaced with
  "SCServiceFiles" in the outer zip file generated.  The product
  name has been removed from the inner zips.  The fix for this
  APAR is targeted for the following maintenance package:

  Fixed in IBM Spectrum Control 5.2.9.
