APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • HealthCheck Tool was installed to help Sterling B2B Integrator.
However after the tool was run, the screen was greyed out and
user could not access results. Once ESC key was pressed,
results appeared.

Local fix

  • Circumvention: Use Firefox browser instead.

While running HealthCheck in Internet Explorer, the UI appears
greyed out and the user is unable to interact with it.
