Error description

  • The Operations Center will mark a Tivoli Storage Manager client
    as 'At Risk: Unsupported   The Tivoli Storage Manager Client
    Version is unsupported' if the client is below a certain
    version or if the version is unknown. Some Data Protection nodes
     (such as the DAGNODE for Exchange, or the ALWAYSONNODE for SQL)
     have their backups proxied by other nodes, so they never
    directly connect to the Tivoli Storage Manager Server and report
     the Client Version in use.  Even if the proxy nodes are using a
     supported client version, the Operations Center will report the
     target node as 'Unsupported'.

    properly handle the version information for proxied nodes
