APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • We observed that the exact same SQL statement will be executed
with different query plans when it is run within a stored
procedure compared to its direct execution with dbaccess.

This can happen when the statement cache is disabled.

This can result in a significant drop of execution performance.
