  This check applies to all MTs containing field 59F, when

  Circumvention:
  In the file translator_swift_2015.properties.in search for the
  line "syntax.FLD59F.3='3/'<CC>'/'30x"
  It is missing the square brackets as in
  "syntax.FLD59F.3='3/'<CC>['/'30x]"
  Change, save, run setupfiles and restart the nodes.
