Error description

  • In some cases Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP)
    transactions, Web Service Registry and repository (WSRR)
    subscription renewals, or XC10 commands can stall when
    persistent connections are used to the server. The stall will
    last the duration of the configured timeout.
    

Local fix

  • Disable persistent connections on the server side.
    

Problem summary

  • Affected are DataPower
    configurations using OCSP or WSRR protocol or XC10 integration.
    
    When persistent connections are used to communicate with such
    backend system, the data transfer may stall, resulting in
    timeout and incomplete transfer.
