Error description
After upgrading the PureApplication System to version 2.1.0.2 the System Monitoring instance is stuck in maintenance mode.
Local fix
1. Download deployment.json from storehouse browser for the System Monitoring Instance, update the value of "update.canCommitOrRevert" from false to true, then save and upload the deployment.json back to the same location in the storehouse browser. Ensure when uploading that Content-Type is set to: application/json 2. Click "commit" again on the UI to finish the System Monitoring update process.
Problem summary
An unhandled exception that occurred while processing the deployment.json was preventing the successful completion of the monitoring environment upgrade.
Problem conclusion
A code fix is being provided in PureApplication System version 2.2.0.0.
