APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The Front-End Usage report for License Estimation may
  erroneously report negative values for the "Not Reporting"
  field.
  The Operations Center 'Not Reporting' number is the difference
  between the number of nodes on the Server minus 'Number
  Reporting'.
  The root cause of this problem is an erroneous sorting for each
  node by the Server, causing a node to be counted more than one
  time.
  This can lead to  'Number Reporting' being an incorrectly large
  number ( larger than the number of nodes on the Server),
  causing the Operation Center displaying negative numbers for the
  'Not Reporting' values.

• The Front-End capacity value is not affected and so this is
  valid. Only ignore the "number reporting' value.
