Error description

• A user on a PureApplication System version 2.1.1.0 system
  imported the System Monitoring and Database Performance
  Monitoring pattern types.
  
  When they tried to accept the pattern type license they
  got the error:
  
  CWZPL0183X: Error invoking IaaS when registering license
  
  The ipas.placement/tracelog file contained the following
  database exceptions:
  
  storedlicenses | validation callback entered with
   type=storedlicenses, op=create, resource=[guid:null,
   totalallocation:0, productid:0000-NONCAT,
   name:[product_id]|[product_id], currentallocation:0, type:PVU,
   reservedallocation:0, warningthreshold:90, partNumber:NONE]
  
  DataRuntimeException: [pdq][10107][2.7.116] An error prevented
  the update operation from completing successfully.;  Caused by:
  com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.SqlIntegrityConstraintViolationException: DB2
   SQL Error: SQLCODE=-407, SQLSTATE=23502, SQLERRMC=TBSPACEID=2,
  TABLEID=160, COLNO=13, DRIVER=3.64.106
  

Local fix

• Update the IBM Software Catalog information in the system to
  the latest version available and retry the action to accept the
  licenses.
