Error description
After installing Informix 12.10.FC5 with GUI and choosing custom install creating an instance for 1-100 users the sysadmin took a long time (19:15 to 20:48) to be built because of huge dbspaces being created. Nowadays the sysadmin and scheduler are essential to many features, so I believe this change in behavior is a regression in installation. The scheduler was not running because it was taking forever to build sysadmin. The problem is with creating a huge datadbs when executing $INFORMIXDIR/etc/sysadmin/sch_init_ol_informix1210.sql that I think came from installation (normal initialization would not create other dbspaces).
