IT11265: WHERE CLAUSE SELECTION BEHAVIOR IN TRIGGER IS INCORRECT

Error description

• A trigger is created to provide an incremental value based on
  two fields.
  In simplest terms, if col1 + col2 are the same, increment col3
  by 1.
  
  Example output:
   1|111|1001
   2|111|1001
   3|111|1001
   4|111|1001
   1|111|1002
   2|111|1002
   3|111|1002
   4|111|1002
   4|111|1003
  
  The behavior on 11.50 works correctly. On 11.70 and 12.10 it
  appears to ignore the second column needed in the the trigger as
  it selects the column.
  
  Example output:
   1|111|1001
   2|111|1001
   3|111|1001
   4|111|1001
   1|111|1001
   2|111|1001
   3|111|1001
   4|111|1001
   4|111|1001
