APAR status

Error description

  • When logging into Sterling B2B Integrator using a load
balancer the user receives the message, "This page can't be
displayed.
Make sure the web address https://<host>:80 is correct" after
the user logs into the dashboard.
The sample URL is: https://<HOST>/dashboard

This only occurs when the user is attempting to log in using
the HTTPS URL and using the load balancer's URL.

If the user attempts to log in using the direct host
and port in HTTPS, that works with no errors.
If the user attempts to log in using the load balancer
URL but using the HTTP option, that works with no errors.

Local fix

  • STRRTC - 475704

Circumvention:
The  load balancer admin can temporarily add a port to the
HTTPS URL for user and that works. This can
be used until a fix is applied.
