Error description

• A process had failed with an exception response, such as:
  LSMG622I  An exception response was received during process
  exec.
    SCPA024I  Input LRECL > output LRECL detected, noncompressed
  file.
  
  The process was then moved into HOLD HS (instead of HOLD HE):
    TCQ queue change from EXEC to TIMR, status RE.
    TCQ queue change from TIMR to HOLD, status HS.
  
  When the node was restarted at a later time, the process
  restarted unexpectedly.
