APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When replicating grouped objects (ie system state or Tivoli
  Storage Manager for Virtual Environments) when
  'dissimilarpolicies' is enabled and the target server is keeping
   less versions than the source server,
  the error:
  "ANR0532W smrepl.c(1435):  Transaction 0:12345678 was aborted
  for session 12345"
  can be reported and replicate node will end in failure.
  
  The issue is that replication cannot find a group member object
  that was expected on the target server because expiration on the
  target server deleted another newer version
  of the group on the target.  This object will just be deleted
  after it is replicated so the only impact is the message
  reported..

Local fix

• 1. Replicate the filespace with an active_data replrule set for
  the filespace on the source.
  Then during the replicate node do forcereconcile=yes.  The
  target will then have only the current active version.
  Then on subsequent replications it will replicate new objects as
  they arrive and expire off old versions
  
  or
  
  2. Disable dissimilarpolicies feature .
