APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• TPC storage provisioning jobs ignore zoning information - so it
  is possible to provision SVC/V7K storage which resides on
  iogroups that are not zoned to the hosts identified in the
  provisioning task.  This results in storage that is not
  accessible to the hosts it was assigned to by TPC.
  The provisioning algorithms strive to balance storage
  provisioning among all available iogroups, not accounting for
  which iogroups are zoned to which hosts
  RECREATE STEPS:
  Create a provisioning job and observe that the target host
  cannot access the storage it was assigned by TPC.
