Error description

• Problem was reported on linux x86_64 running 32 bit IDS
  11.50.UC9.  Problem also exists in IDS 12.10.UC5W1.
  
  A delete statement that executes a trigger to delete from a
  table with another delete trigger that executes a UDR
  that calls dosyscast and other mi_* calls will cause excessive
  memory growth in that sessions CMD memory pool.
