IT10401: 'ERROR 124 DURING LOGGING MODE CHANGE' WHILE CHANGING LOG MODE TO ANSI AFTER ONLOAD OF DATABASE

Error description

• You try to make a database ANSI compliant, after you loaded it
  using ONLOAD.
  
  However, the ontape command (like ontape -s -L 0 -A <dbname>)
  returns:
  Error changing logging status. See online message log.
  
  And checking the message log, you find:
  Error 124 during logging mode change.
  

Local fix

• The same ontape command, issued again, succeeds.
  And the message log confirms: 'New logging mode: Mode ANSI'
