APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Startup of TPC-R captures and returns hardware layer
  communication events which are not applicable to TPC-R and can
  be safely ignored.
  APAR to address logic capturing hardware layer events and
  determine if message can be omitted from TPC-R log(s).
  
  Console.log will show the following message:

  The incorrect version of the dependency library was in the
  install. This leads to a runtime load error on startup.
  Customers can still use snmp despite the wrong start time load
  of the library. When the actual snmp system is set up, it uses
  the correct library.
