  Problem Statement:

  FTP Server Adapter configured with a local File system as Base
  directory. When FTP client accessing it via command line, LIST
  (ls) command is case sensitive in windows, while a GET command
  is case insensitive.
  User Permissions: logged in as admin in Windows.
  
  
  To Reproduce this issue:
  --------------------------
  - Configure an FTP Server Adapter with Base Directory as
  Filesystem (c:/...) but this is the same case in shared drive.
  - Use a FTP Client (Windows command line adapter) to GET files
  with case sensitive and LIST files with case sensitive (as
  shown in the images below).
  
  Observations:
  --------------
  GET command works CASE INSENSITIVE
  LIST (ls) command works CASE SENSITIVE
  
  *Customer wants it to be CASE INSENSITIVE
  
  Expected Behavior:
  ------------------
  FTP commands to be case sensitive (Customer expects FTP Client
  commands to work according to RFC standards)
