Error description
A Trading Partner was uploading a large file to a mailbox using SFTP. The SFTP Session took longer than 2 hours to complete. The customer has an overrides in the customer overides properties files with: jdbcService.docWithWFID_1WaitTime=2.hour This caused the file that was being uploaded to get picked up by the Schedule_AssociateBpsToDocs process and it deleted the Production file before it was ever processed by the application.
Local fix
STRRTC - 470349 SFON - SFON Workaround: Change the setting for jdbcService.docWithWFID_1WaitTime to a higher value like the default of 48hrs.
Problem summary
Users Affected: All SFTP Server users enabling support for concurrent duplicate-named file transfers. Problem Description: If the SFTP server is set to support concurrent duplicate-named file transfers, it is possible that an upload that takes a very long time to complete can be "grabbed" by the associateBpsToDocs processs and then deleted before the upload completes.
