• the scripts in <TPC>/scripts used to stop/start services do not
  display output messages properly in a japanese language

  * language. It may happen a similar issue for other Asian      *
  * languages.                                                   *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * The scripts in <TPC>/scripts used to stop/start services do  *
  * not display output messages properly in a Japanese language  *
  * environment.                                                 *
  * In regards to the batch files (startTPC*.bat and             *
  * stopTPC*.bat for device or replication server) where the     *
  * issue occurs, when you check the contents with notepad, the  *
  * result is that the "???.." was displayed                     *
  * where it should be actually the message in the installation  *
  * language about starting/stopping/started/stoped.             *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * Apply fix maintenance when available.                        *
  ****************************************************************
