Problem conclusion

  • The changepasswords tool should end successfully and should
    update also the encrypted password in
    <TPC_installation_dir>/device/conf/setup.properties and in the
    t_res_server. You should be able to login to both TPC Web GUI
    and standalone GUI using the TPC common user and the new
    password.  In TPC Web GUI, go to Home > System Management and
    ensure all servers are shown with green/OK status.
    Note: Sometimes it can happen that a server is shown with red
    status.  You can try to manually restart that server and then
    refresh in Web GUI to check status again.
    
    The fix for this APAR is targeted for the following maintenance
