APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Failover may occur when the primary server is halted or
  otherwise is unavailable.  The client may failover and attempt
  to store data on the replication server; no data can be stored
  on the replication server and the backup operation will stop
  once the COMMRESTARTDURATION time has been reached.  The client
  will provide messages to indicate the connection to the primary
  server has failed (ANS2106I), attempting to connect to the
  secondary server (ANS2107I), and connected to the secondary
  server (ANS2108I).  The reconnection attempt message may be
  displayed, along with the messages indicating a retry for the
  files.  These messages will repeat until COMMRESTARTDURATION has
  been reached.
