Error description

• During an incremental backup, if a file is detected which has
  had it's  'File Security CRC' changed,  it is backed up,
  despite the fact that
  option SKIPNTSECURITYCRC=YES is used.
  
  Tivoli Storage Manager Versions Affected:  6.4 and 7.1  on
  Windows platforms

  Here is a service trace extract showing one attributes
  comparison example performed with the skipntsecuritycrc option
  set to yes, during an incremental backup
  At the end we see  "Comparison result = ATTRIBS_BACKUP" which
  is abnormal as only the 'File Security CRC' attribute changed.

Local fix

• Use option SKIPNTPERMISSION=YES.
  This will allow an incremental backup to run without saving the
  file permissions at all, so it is to be used with care.
