Error description

• Fabric probes fail - The fabric probe logs will show:
  BTADS0035E The execution of the job failed with:
  cm.ibm.db2.jcc.am.SqlException:  DB2 SQL Error Error:
  SQLCODE=-811, SQLSTATE=21000, SQLERRMC=null, DRIVER=3.65.77
  This fixes the fabric probe code to better handle the scenario
  which causes this problem: two or more connections in the
  database for one proxy node port.
  RECREATE STEPS:
  Run TPC fabric probe against BNA CIMOM.  Observe described
  failure
