APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • After running the softstop.cmd command to do a maintenance
restart of the application, a subset of WebSphere MQ adapters
are not enabled after the application comes back up.

The adapters can be enabled manually after the restart by going
to the SBI UI and adding the checkmark to the adapter under the
"Enabled" column in Deployment -> Services -> Configuration

Problem conclusion

  • Resolution Summary:
The WebSphere MQ adapter is now enabled after restarts.
Softstop implmentation was added for the WSMQ Async Receive
adapter.
