Error description

• External Purge delete docs on disk operations will not delete
  documents that are cloned by other workflows. This is
  normal but situations can arise where multiple threads process
  workflows pointing to the same cloned document. Both threads
  keep the document but delete their references to it thus
  orphaning the document on disk.

• Circumvention: Run unassociated docs on disk dataSweeper to
  identify orphaned documents.
