APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When using a SQL-Execute function with a Oracle SQL Data Source
  and at least one IN_OUT parameter, DataPower might
  incorrectly report a Parameter Type Conflict error.
  

Local fix

• Separate all types of IN_OUT parameters to one IN and one OUT
  parameter.
  

Problem summary

• When DataPower user calling database stored procedure using
  Oracle JDBC Driver in SQL Data Source, the error 'Parameter Type
   Conflict' might be returned if the argument type is SQL_DOUBLE
  and it is mapping to data type Number in the Oracle database.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix is available in 6.0.1.11, 7.0.0.8 and 7.1.0.5.
