IT07473: ALLOW USE OF ROLLING LOGGING FOR THE PURGE_DOD_FILE IN EXTERNAL PURGE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Enhancement allow the use of the property "purge_fileRotate" in
  archivethread.properties to enable external purge to do
  rolling logging, similar to what the system loggers do.
  
  When purge_fileRotate=true, the property purge_maxSize,
  also in archivethread.properties, determines the maximum number
  of lines in the purge docs on disk file. Once maxSize is
  reached a new file is created using the current timestamp.

  to the docs on disk file before a new file is created using the
  current timestamp.
