APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• GSKit version 8.0.14.36 was erroneously packaged with 6.4.2.2
  rather than the intended GSKit version 8.0.14.43.
  The following errors may be seen when upgrading the 6.4.2.1
  Tivoli Storage Manager client for Linux to 6.4.2.2:
  # rpm -U gskcrypt64-8.0.14.36.linux.x86_64.rpm
  
   package gskcrypt64-8.0-14.43.x86_64 (which is newer than
   gskcrypt64-8.0-14.36.x86_64) is already installed
  
  
  # rpm -U gskssl64-8.0.14.36.linux.x86_64.rpm
   package gskssl64-8.0-14.43.x86_64 (which is newer than
   gskssl64-8.0-14.36.x86_64) is already installed
  These messages can be ignored.
  Tivoli Storage Manager Versions Affected:
  Tivoli Storage Manager 6.4.2.2 client for Linux

Local fix

• The 6.4.2.2 Linux client can be used with either 8.0.14.36 or
  8.0.14.43 GSKit version.  8.0-14.43 gskcrypt64 gskssl64 packages
  were provided with the 6.4.2.1 Linux client packages:
    gskssl64-8.0.14.43.linux.x86_64.rpm
    gskcrypt64-8.0.14.43.linux.x86_64.rpm
