• Sterling File Gateway partners created as listening consumers
  are not exportable either in 5.2.5.0 or 5.2.5.0_1
  Export reports an error "FileGateway Partner NEWCONS2 failed to
  export: Partner is inconsistent, not exporting.  See system log
  for details."

  Workaround is to ensure mailbox and mailbox virtualroot exist
  for specific partner.
