Error description

• The TPC Web-based GUI incorrectly reports the number of
  processor on an AIX platforms.

  In the probe.dat:

           <CpuFreq>3304</CpuFreq>
           <LogicalProcPerCore>32</LogicalProcPerCore>
  
  The TPC code has been changed to collect the right number of
  CPUs.
  
  Affected platforms: AIX only.

Problem conclusion

• The problem was fixed, the number of processors should display
  correctly in TPC Web GUI for AIX SRA hosts.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for the following maintenance
