Error description

• The Tivoli Storage Manager Backup/Archive Client may demonstrate
  slow startup on a Microsoft Windows 2012 and 2008 Cluster if
  CLUSTERDISKSONLY NO option is set. Both the client command line
  interface and GUI are impacted by this delay.
  
  When attempting to query drives via the UNC cluster name a delay
  is seen.  A trace will show the delay in the
  'AddOneSysFileEntry' call where the directory cannot be found:

Problem conclusion

• The problem is fixed.  The Backup Archive Client will load more
  quickly in a Windows 2012 or 2008 cluster environment with the
  option CLUSTERDISKSONLY set to NO.
