APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• This problem manifests in 2 ways:
  1)
  When submitting a provisioning request to TPC using its SMAC
  API, the request fails with a message that insufficient free
  capacity is available to satisfy the request.
  Error message could be:
  "Tivoli Storage Productivity Center cannot provide the
  requested GB of capacity that also satisfies the requirements of
  the service class."
  and HTTP Status Code of "400 Bad Request".
  2)
  When looking at the service class in the TPC GUI, there is 0
  GB of capacity shown for any file service class in the service
  Class table, Available Space column.
  This is despite the SONAS and Storwize V7000 Unified systems
  showing "normal" status in the GUI, and probes completing
  without error.

• The problem has been corrected.  The fix for this APAR is
