Error description
The communication mechanism used for SVC connections does not handle loss of communication and subsequent re-establish if the supporting network has problems on the dns server. If the network is re-established the TPC-R to SVC connection does not have a route to establish communication.
Local fix
if the network has been established, but TPC-R is still not connecting contact support for a special procedure to change the hostname of the SVC to IP address
