Error description

• In Tivoli Storage Manager Client the following errors might
  occur running a system state backup:
  
  ANS0361I DIAG: MultiByteToWideChar returned error =
  122, reason: The data area passed to a system call is too small.
  The problem can occur when the name length for a system state
  object exceeds 255 characters. The problem is known to occur on
  the Spanish language edition of Windows Server 2012 when FSRM is
  also configured. In this case, one of the FSRM component
  captions is:
