Error description

• Scan MS Cluster Resource groups failed with the following
  error:
  SRV0402W: Submitted job does not have any locations to run.
  However, scanning cluster nodes worked.

Problem conclusion

• An incorrect check prevented the CRGs to be scanned. The check
  has been fixed. The fix for this APAR is targeted for the
