Error description

• When setting a boolean property in a .Net application,
  the value is not correctly converted and set in the message.
  .Net ToString() serialises a Boolean type to either "true" or
  "false". MQ Expects a Boolean types to be serialised to either
  "1" or "0".

  messages with custom Boolean properties, produced by a .Net

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The .Net C# language's ToString method, serialises a Boolean
  variable to either "true" or "false". This value was set to the
  value of an RFH2 custom property with type Boolean. MQ expects
  Boolean values to be serialised to either "1" or "0".
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR changes the .Net client to serialise Boolean custom
  properties, to either "1" or "0".
