Error description

• After a successful configuration of a Tivoli Storage Manager
  server instance on a Windows failover cluster, attempting to
  setup another instance using the same dsmicfgx wizard may fail
  with the following error in the dsmicfgx.trc:
  
  DB21534E  An error occurred during addition of MSCS node to the
  DB2 instance, rc = "DBI1917".
  
  The error happened when invoking "db2mscs" tool.

Local fix

• - Close the cluster wizard, set the DB2INSTANCE  variable in the
   SYSTEM environment variables settings  to the new instance and
  reopen the cluster wizard to setup the next cluster instance.
