Error description

• The measured value for Port Send Bandwidth Percentage threshold
  violation alert is not formatted according to computer's locale.
  This is an operating system locale configuration issue. The
  values are misinterpreted due to differences in delimiter
  characters (comma, dot, etc).
  
  
  Example:
  The Port Send Bandwidth Percentage should show 85% but the value
  in the Web UI is 8,500.00 %
