APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The following may occur, if on a Tivoli Storage Manager Library
  Client, an AUDIT LIBRARY and an EXPORT command or GENERATE
  BACKUPSET command are run in parallel:
  the AUDIT LIBRARY process can change the status of a volume to
  scratch that is still in use for the other process.
  
  As a consequence of this, the Tivoli Storage Manager Library
  Manager can change the ownership of this volume to an other
  Library Client and so the volume may get overwritten.
  
  There is a timing issue when  AUDIT LIBRARY and EXPORT or
  GENERATE BACKUPSET  or PREPARE command are
  running at the same time.
