Fix packs for DataPower Gateway version 7.1

APAR status

• Closed as fixed if next.

Error description

• Instead of using the "Browse..." button in DataPower WebGUI to
  select a specific file to upload the user manually entered a
  name of a non-existing file into the file upload dialog box
  which unexpectedly resulted in "uploaded successfully" message
  and an empty file created in the DataPower filesystem.
  

Local fix

• Use the "Browse..." button to ensure to select valid
  files/filenames only instead of manually typing one.
  

Problem summary

• A DataPower WebGUI user might upload non-existent files to
  File Management on some file upload dialogs.
  
  In that case an empty file will be incorrectly created
  on DataPower.
  
  Fix will be available in next major releases
